| | Who Farted? Girl This gal's name is Alexa Yarberry, a contestant in the 2007 Miss Georgia beauty pageant. She didn't make the final cut, but did manage to snag Miss Congeniality. Alexa and her fellow contestants came to the attention of Fark through this thread. Fairly early in the thread Pelagius captioned her picture with "Who farted, Y'all?" and the rest is history. | | World Trade Center Runners This photo of people running from the collapsing World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001 was one of many that were taken on that tragic day. This particular one has appeared in quite a few contests as a metaphor for people running from something. The 'shops usually either insert a monstrously large image in the smokey area or add somebody running in the foreground. |
